Henderson woman hurt in Parkway wreck |

A 73-year-old Henderson woman was hurt in an accident on the Pennyrile Parkway Tuesday night.

Kentucky State Police say Fannie Cruse was driving southbound in a 1999 Dodge van when she was struck from behind by a pickup truck driven by Ronald Browning of Sacramento.

Troopers say both were driving in the left lane of traffic.  Browning was traveling faster and ran into the rear left portion of the van.

Both vehicles came to final rest in the left lane of the Parkway at the 75 mile marker. 

Cruse suffered an arm injury and was transported to Methodist Hospital.
