Colonels' Corner Bank helping local kids in need | Community Spirit
Colonels’ Corner Bank students will shop for families in need this Christmas. The bank raised $5,674.79 during the Turkey of the Year fundraiser and wants to continue serving others this season. The money raised from the Turkey of the Year fundraiser will be used for the local Adopt-A-Child program.
The students will buy gifts for 49 kids from 20 different families. Colonels’ Corner bank works closely with the Volunteer Information Center each year in order to complete this community service project.
From 11:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. on Monday, December 10th students will shop at the local Wal-Mart.
