HPD: Woman assaulted, robbed while sitting in car | Crime

A 27-year-old Henderson woman told police she was forced out of her vehicle, assaulted and robbed Thursday afternoon.

Police say it happened outside her apartment at Lawndale Court a little after 5 p.m..

The woman told police items were taken from her vehicle during the assault. Police didn't say what was taken.

She suffered minor injuries and police are still looking for a suspect.
