Vigil for Sandy Hook school victims in Henderson Thursday | Events
A vigil is scheduled for Thursday, December 20, at 6:00 p.m. at South Middle School’s auditorium to commemorate the victims of Sandy Hook Elementary.
Henderson city officials, local pastors, police officers, and Henderson County School staff members, students and parents are invited to attend the vigil. Attendees are encouraged to wear green and white to recognize the color symbols of Sandy Hook Elementary.
The vigil has been initiated by City Commissioner Robert Pruitt.
