Man charged with more than 5000 counts of child porn appears in court
HENDERSON CO., KY (WFIE)- A preliminary hearing today for a Corydon man accused of child pornography.
46-year-old John Smith is charged with more than five thousand counts.
Detectives say Smith told them he had an addiction to regular porn, which led him to child porn.
The judge continued today's hearing to January 17, when he said he wants all of the images to be presented in court.
