HENDERSON CO., KY (WFIE)- A Henderson County grand jury indicts a former recreational softball coach, arrested in September on rape charges.
43-year-old Paul "Tim" Jennings was indicted on charges of 3rd Degree Rape, 1st Degree Sexual Abuse and two counts of 1st Degree Unlawful Transaction with a Minor.
According to court documents, Jennings is accused of having a sexual relationship with one of the girls he coached, who was 14 at the time.
He's also accused of having sex with another underage girl.
Both girls are now adults.
