Woman suffers minor injuries after car flips
HENDERSON CO., KY (WFIE)- A Morganfield woman was taken to the hospital with minor injuries after her vehicle flipped several times on Saturday afternoon.
Henderson County Sheriff's Department says the woman was driving on the Audubon Parkway around 2:45 p.m. when her car dropped off the shoulder. Deputies say she then overcorrected which caused the vehicle to flip several times. The vehicle came to a rest on its side in a grassy area near the Zion exit.
Authorities say seat belts and air bags were used and help keep her injuries minor.
She was taken to Methodist Hospital to be treated.
