Henderson YMCA and Methodist Hospital team up to promote healthy living
HENDERSON CO., KY (WFIE)- The Henderson YMCA and Methodist Hospital Therapy Services have teamed up.
Starting Thursday, they'll bring free health information to the community through free, monthly events. The first one is at Methodist Hospital at 12:10 p.m. and another at 4:40 p.m.
After Thursday, they'll take place on the last Thursday of each month.
Thursday's presentation is called "Fitness - where do I begin?"
It's a 20-minute presentation that will focus on undertaking a fitness regimen in a safe and healthy way.
You don't need to be a member of the YMCA to attend these free, monthly events.
